The Perfect Protein Mugcake Brownie
This right here is my go-to protein mug cake/brownie/sweet treat. So fast and so easy!
How to make this bad boy…
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I used Quest Nutrition PB Chocolate)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp PB2 (Chocolate Flavor)
1/4-1/2 c Unsweetened Almond Milk or water if not available *The amount depends on how thick your protein is – we want a brownie batter consistency
1/2 tsp baking powder
*Microwave for 45-60 seconds
Top with anything!
I used Fat Free Redi Whip, 1 tbsp Nuts N More Toffee Protein Peanut Butter and some cute little sprinkles, obviously. I think I’ll add some banana topping next time!
*TIP: All of the ingredients can be easily substituted to different flavors/brands. For example - sub out the protein powder for your favorite pumpkin spice protein, sub the nut butter to a new pumpkin pie or biscoff nut butter, top with some cinnamon… then you have a whole new mugcake flavor!
AND THEN DEVOUR THAT BROWNIE ASAP. Don’t breathe, just eat.
This is the perfect snack when you have those terrible late night cravings, or anytime! Super filling and SO good!
